C. Wonder 50% Off Sale.

The latest online store on my radar is C. Wonder, a retail site that includes clothing, accessories and home decor products. As I perused the cardigans they struck me familiar of another brand…Tory Burch. I did some research and it turns out C. Wonder is owned by Tory’s ex-husband who is being sued for the very likeness I picked up on. Despite the family drama, if you like the Tory Burch look you’ll love C. Wonder + enjoy 50% off all C. Wonder sale items with code EXTRA50.

Sunday Funday [no alcohol necessary].

Today was the perfect Sunday; I woke up early to go for a run, made a protein pancake and strolled through Marshall’s finding all the little things I have been looking for for months, which all happened to be on clearance. kismet. I scored a set of wine tumbler glasses and salad plates, the cutest polka dot wrapping paper, coffee & dark chocolate, pet trimmers and two sports bras for a total of…$57. Like I said, the perfect Sunday.

Haute + Healthy.

In addition to being a budget shopaholic I spend a lot of my spare time working out, reading fitness mags and eating healthy. Me and my best friend constantly share recipes, create our own fitness challenges and take the latest + greatest workout classes {together of course}, which got us thinking; why don’t we create a place to share our health and fitness knowledge and help motivate others?

Hence our new blog Haute + Healthy was born! If you strive to lead a Haute + Healthy lifestyle, want to get recipe inspiration, healthy eating tips and more check out the site and let me know what you think! Don’t forget to follow us on twitter @hautehealthy and “like” us on Facebook too. Thanks for your support, tb

Sequin Letters from Twisted Twig.

If you follow my blog you know how much I love Etsy, they have great designers who create every handmade item you can think of usually for much less than a retail store charges. I don’t typically write about home goods but these sequin letters from twisted twig are just too cute to pass up. You can customize your order choosing any letters and colors you want…I am thinking of getting a word for above my bed and will update with a pic. Happy Friday!

The budgetista a Espana!

After some serious birthday celebrating in Ft.Lauderdale this weekend {yes, my liver hates me right now}, I will be jetting off to Madrid tonight to do actual work. While I am there I will be sure to find time to check out the sights and street fashion, as well as experience some Madrid culture. At the top of my to do list is watch a Real Madrid match, visit the Prado and eat paella while drinking sangria. I doubt they run Real Housewives in Spain so I will have to catch up on my shows when I am back next weekend.

Meet My New Roommate.

I have been stalking PetFinder for months looking for a yorkie mix to rescue when I came across Animal-Aid, a local shelter in Boca Raton that had recently rescued a group of yorkies from a breeder. On Sunday I stopped in for a visit and fell in love with this little girl who was just too cute to leave behind. I have never seen a fully black yorkie before and am still coming up with her name, but I had to share her first pic with you guys! I hope she enjoys bad reality TV, yoga in the living room and bike rides. She is already obsessed with looking at herself in the mirror so I think we are going to get along just fine…

She Had a Cocktail in Hand & Confetti in Her Hair.

For the holiday me and the bf are heading to upstate NY to relax, hang out on lake placid & spend time with friends and family. I am only allowed one carry on so packing is going to be an issue, but I guess there is no need for stylish clothing while hanging out in the woods right? Before I take off I wanted to share the top three things inspiring me right now to leave you with some inspiration over the weekend. Happy 4th & have a great holiday weekend!

Real vs. Steal Home Edition: Madeline Weinrib Atelier Ikat Pillow.

I have been cheating on my fashion addiction with home design, which is the only reasoning I have for dreaming of Ikat print pillows lately. I love Ikat on pretty much everything, but I am not paying $500 for an Ikat pillow. To me, that is the definition of crazy (right up there with wearing denim on denim). Instead of throwing your money away on an overpriced pillow, visit Etsy and get two very similar Ikat print pillow covers for just under $50. Need some inspiration of your own? Check out my Pinterest boards.

Have a great weekend! tb

The Real:

Madeline Weinrib – $450 each

The Steal:

Real & Steal {Home Edition}: Turquoise & Pink Leather Ottomans with Nickel Nailheads for $79.99.

I came across a new blog today {lovemaegan.com} where I proceeded to fall in love within one post. Not only did Maegan create her own DIY tassel fringe trimmed curtains a la Sex & the City, but the pink nickel nailhead ottoman hanging out in her place is to DIE for. My new infatuation immediately sent me on a mad web hunt and, voila: you can get the real for a steal at only $79.99.
