Style Steal: Geo Print Bodycon Dress a la Kim Kardashian.

I think most people are currently over the Kardashians, especially Kim, but I had to cover this look for less because 1)I adore bandage dresses and 2)I could care less if her marriage was a sham, I only care about what she wears. Call me shallow but I like to think of it as knowing how to separate reality from the bullshit. And the reality of this dress is that it is Herve Leger and costs more than your mortgage payment, so let’s pick up the steal for $80 and create our own budget reality.

Ombre + Fringe Dresses for Less.

The way I feel about ombre hair color is the same way I feel about Gossip Girl, I can take it or leave it. Unless the look is on Rachel Bilson or Giuliana Rancic. I mean, you know how strongly I feel about rootage so ombre hair is never happening in my future. My one ombre exception to the rule would be in clothing, particularly when it is paired with fringe (basically my next fave material next to sequins). Take a style tip from Katy & Kourtney and go ombre-wild with a fringe dress for less.

Kourtney’s Real: Foley + Corrina Ombre Fringe Dress – $249

Ombre + Fringe for Less:

Ultimate Fringe Bodycon Dress by Dress Up Topshop – $150

Twiggy-Black/White Prom Dress – $59.90

Look for Less: Kim Kardashian’s Blaque Label Long Sleeve Romper.

Kim Kardashian might be getting backlash for her divorce, but her style still deserves some snaps. Who cares if she is a money-hungry fame hound? Not me. She looks good while she is clawing her way to the top. I love this two tone romper she wore out a few months ago and I just noticed it is perfectly priced for a budgetista at $86.

Blaque Label Long Sleeve Romper -$86

Stuart Weitzman Two Tone Knee High Riding Boots for $129.

I probably own more boots than the average girl living in Florida {considering it’s only appropriate to really wear them for like two months out of the year down here} but I would like to add some two tone riding boots to my collection. You know, since I do so much riding…Get the two tone look for $500 less than the Weitzman version.

Stuart Weitzman Two Tone Knee High Riding Boot – $625

BDG Tall Leather Colorblock Boot – $129

Real & Steal: Kourtney Kardashian’s Horse Print Dress.

I thought today it would be appropriate to blog about a Kardashian. No sooner had I finished the Kardashian wedding marathon when news breaks that Kim is filing for divorce after 70-some days. Damn girl. Not sure if I’m shocked or impressed. Of course the part I can’t get over is that her wedding cost $10 million dollars. She could have paid off my student loans with the money she spent on one of her dresses. Either way, you KNOW she had a crazy pre-nup so the Kardashian empire will live on with or without another “K” to add to the family roster. Let’s take the focus off Kim for the day and style stalk Kourtney instead. Get the real horse print dress for $72. xx, tb

Kim Kardashian’s GUCCI Orange + Purple Colorblock Dress for Less.

I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine consisted of relaxing with my pup, lots of cleaning and even some baking, which if you know me is a very rare occurrence. This week I need to focus on my Halloween costume, but first I wanted to share an uh-mazing colorblock find I came across while watching the Kim Kardashian Fairytale Wedding marathon yesterday. xx, tb

Look for Less: Eugenia Kim Straw Fedora with Black Band for $7.

I realllllllllly love this Eugenia Kim fedora, but come on; $200 for a straw fedora? Only a Kardashian would pay that much money for a hat. Is the straw woven out of gold? Ridic. Make like Penny Chic and get your butt over to Walmart to steal the straw fedora style for only $7. Yes, you might have to dodge a weirdo or two, but you can’t have the sweetness without the sour.

The Real:

Eugenia Kim Straw Fedora – $178 (on sale)

Walmart Straw Fedora Hat – $7

The Look for Less: Emily Maynard’s Black Embellished Heels for $40.

I bet when Emily joined The Bachelor she has no idea what a trendsetter she would become. Poor thing probably can’t leave the house without changing outfits a hundred times. Although I doubt she has the same issue with her shoes since they are all A-mazing. Unfortunately, most of them carry hefty price tags so we have to steal Emily’s court side shoe style for $40 while supporting a great cause. (No, not The Bachelor franchise.) Jenny McCarthy teamed up with Shoedazzle to design the “Fearless” shoe with profits benefiting Generation Rescue, an org. dedicated to recovery for children with autism. Which brings us one step closer to Emily’s Mother Theresa-like status if you ask me.
