Look for Less: MIU MIU Gingham Tafetta Slingbacks for $14.

Even though I shy away from the prepster look there is something about these Miu Miu Gingham Tafetta Slingbacks that shout Carrie Bradshaw to me. If SATC was still on air you better believe she would have worn these before everyone else. Since the reals are sold out and over my budget, I hunted down some gingham look-alikes for only $14. Happy Thursday!

Real: Miu Miu Gingham Tafetta Slingbacks – $595 {Sold Out}
Steal: Gingham Plaid Pointy Toe Slingbacks – $14

Look for Less: Valentino Studded Leather Pump.

I would give up a lot to own a pair of designer shoes, but then I would be afraid to wear them and it would require me to hire a personal driver so I don’t scuff them, which is why it makes sense that women who own designer shoes and don’t mind scuffing them have a ton of money because they can afford drivers and keep their pumps in new condition. Anyway, the upside of having no money (yes, there is one!) is you can buy a similar looking pair of Valentino pumps for $50 and scuff the crap out of them with no regret.

Real vs. Steal: Giuseppe Zanotti Low Platform Pump.

I have been searching for a pair of nude platform pumps with an ankle strap for a few months but the best options are always wayyyy out of my budget. Until I came across these Steve Madden steals for only $109, which look EXACTLY like the celeb Giuseppe Zanotti faces. Who said a girl can’t have it all?!

Real vs. Steal: Jessica Simpson Cheetah Womens Pumps.

I have been coveting these Jessica Simpson Cheetah pumps for the past few months at Macy’s and recently noticed them at Marshall’s for only $40, but in a different color. After searching online for a bit I came across these major steals at only $27, which in my opinion look exactly like the reals. Happy Friday!

Stuart Weitzman Two Tone Knee High Riding Boots for $129.

I probably own more boots than the average girl living in Florida {considering it’s only appropriate to really wear them for like two months out of the year down here} but I would like to add some two tone riding boots to my collection. You know, since I do so much riding…Get the two tone look for $500 less than the Weitzman version.

Tory Burch Private Sale is Going Down.

Because I am incredibly lucky {don’t hate}, the bf got me a gift card to Tory Burch for my birthday this year. I have been patiently waiting for a sale to go down so I could get the most bang for {his} buck. Well ladies, today is that day. Tory Burch is having a private sale and you better believe I ordered two pairs of shoes before 9am. Boom. Thora sandals + Bradshaw sandals are on their way to me as we speak. Happy Friday!

House of Harlow 1960 Natalia Haircalf Platform Booties on a Budget.

In my world leopard is a neutral. While I admit, it can look tacky stretched across the cast of Jersey Shore it can also look chic when used in moderation. Why not kick off the season with a leopard bootie like the House of Harlow Natalia bootie, but for a fraction of the cost. Then you can save your money for other important things in Fall, like pumpkin beer + lattes. xx, tb

The Looks for Less: Gossip Girl Shoe Roundup.

Just like every great soap opera, you can tune in at any point of Gossip Girl and still follow the plot. Mainly because it is made up of scandal, style and sex so it isn’t too hard to figure out the lives of the upper east side crew. Let’s be real; we all know a gal who watches GG is following it mainly for the fashion, secondly for Chace Crawford and thirdly to covet Blake’s hair. Save yourself the drama and get three pairs of the girl’s hottest GG pumps for under $200.
